Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Green food coloring
  • Red and green candies for decoration
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  5. Divide the batter in half and color one half with green food coloring.
  6. Spoon the batters into the bundt pan alternately to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and decorate with red and green candies.

Notes
