Instructions

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth, stirring in intervals.
  4. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, then place them back on the baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the peanut butter balls until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.

Notes
