Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press into the bottom of a tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  5. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  7. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with whipped cream or fresh fruits.
