Description

Delicious and healthy Chocolate Protein Balls perfect for boosting energy and protein intake. Ideal for pre- or post-workout snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, honey, chocolate protein powder, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Once the mixture is well-mixed, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the chocolate protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to help them firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
