- 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, honey, chocolate protein powder, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Once the mixture is well-mixed, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the chocolate protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to help them firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
