Description

Indulgent Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert Cups that combine rich chocolate with creamy peanut butter for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Mini cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  2. Line a muffin tin with mini cupcake liners. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  3. Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into each liner, covering the bottom and partway up the sides. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture into each chocolate-lined cup. Top with more melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter layer completely.
  4. Refrigerate the cups for at least 30 minutes or until they are set. Serve chilled for the best texture and taste.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
