  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your jars.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared jars, filling them halfway. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Allow the cakes to cool in the jars for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  6. Layer the whipped cream between the cake layers in each jar. Top with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
