Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly without overmixing.
- Divide the batter among muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
