- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy and light in color.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Roll the dough into balls and press your thumb into each to create an indentation.
- Fill each indentation with caramel sauce.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until set but still soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled cookies before serving.
