- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini doughnut pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the doughnut holes to cool slightly in the pan for a few minutes, then remove them gently and let them cool further on a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
