- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or transfer to a container and freeze for about 4-6 hours until solid.
