Ingredients

- 60 ml hot water
- 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1½ teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Mix instant coffee powder with 60 ml of hot water until fully dissolved.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the coffee mixture over the ice, then add the almond milk, stirring gently. Garnish with chopped almonds if desired.
Notes
Consider adding chocolate syrup or adjusting maple syrup for sweetness. All ingredients are vegan-friendly.
