Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add vegetable oil and allow it to get hot, shimmering but not smoking.
  2. Add the fresh green beans to the hot pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, then stir well to coat the beans evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
