- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked rice or pasta, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
Notes
Serve warm with a green salad or crusty bread. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
