Description

A delightful and satisfying dish combining tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and hearty noodles in rich soy and oyster sauces.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the pan; sauté together for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooked egg noodles. Toss gently to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper before serving and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Serve hot on its own or with sides like spring rolls. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
