Ingredients

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces dry penne pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups croutons
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet, let cool, then cube.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and allow to cool.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken, pasta, croutons, romaine, dressing, and parmesan; toss gently.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately.
