Ingredients

- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces dry penne pasta
- 1 1/2 cups croutons
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet, let cool, then cube.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken, pasta, croutons, romaine, dressing, and parmesan; toss gently.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately.
