- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked rice or pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top if desired, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze before baking and bake later.
