Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Ensure your butter is softened.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
