Description

Soft, chewy cookies made with ripe bananas and wholesome oats, perfect as a snack or quick breakfast.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats and any optional ingredients.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Let them cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
