Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Once set, top with cherry pie filling before serving.
