Description

A delightful blend of taco flavors with a cheesy twist, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup corn (optional)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and corn. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Layer half of the Nacho Cheese Doritos in a large baking dish, followed by half of the cooked meat mixture and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. Spread sour cream evenly on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Customize with additional veggies or different types of cheese. Great for leftovers and can be made ahead of time.
