Description
A delicious and easy-to-make casserole with layers of nacho cheese Doritos, seasoned ground meat, black beans, corn, and gooey melted cheese.

- 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Optional: chopped green onions, jalapeños, or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa. Cook until heated through.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the Nacho Cheese Doritos at the bottom. Spread half of the meat mixture over the Doritos, followed by half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining Doritos, meat mixture, and cheese.
- Top with dollops of sour cream.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions, jalapeños, or cilantro if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
