Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
