  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into thick patties.
  3. Coat the sliced onion rings in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the onion rings until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then cook the burger patties until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Assemble by placing one patty between two crispy onion rings and serve immediately.
