- 12 Fresh strawberries
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh strawberries and pat them dry. Carefully remove the tops and hollow out the centers.
- Blend the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag and fill each hollowed strawberry generously.
- Roll in graham cracker crumbs if desired and serve immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
Use firm, ripe strawberries for best results. Experiment with flavored extracts for variation.
