Description

Delicious bite-sized strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture, perfect for parties and picnics.


Ingredients

  • 12 Fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh strawberries and pat them dry. Carefully remove the tops and hollow out the centers.
  2. Blend the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag and fill each hollowed strawberry generously.
  4. Roll in graham cracker crumbs if desired and serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

Use firm, ripe strawberries for best results. Experiment with flavored extracts for variation.
