Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and yeast.
- In another bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, and warm water; gradually mix into the dry ingredients until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, then let it rise covered for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the risen dough, cut into circles, and fill with cheese mixture. Fold and seal edges, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
