Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, baking soda, and salt. Stir until crumbly.
- Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the oat layer, then drizzle caramel sauce on top. Finally, sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the caramel and press gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and fragrant.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm for best flavor. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week.
