- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla; mix well.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; mix until combined.
- Fold in the caramel sauce and chocolate chips.
- Spoon the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
