Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl; press into the baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, eggs one at a time, and vanilla extract.
- Toss apples with cinnamon and fold into cream cheese mixture; pour over the crust and swirl caramel sauce on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set; cool before refrigerating.
