  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl; press into the baking pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, eggs one at a time, and vanilla extract.
  4. Toss apples with cinnamon and fold into cream cheese mixture; pour over the crust and swirl caramel sauce on top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set; cool before refrigerating.
