Scale
  • 68 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

  2. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter, then sauté the sliced onions until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the minced garlic, garlic paste, and all the seasonings. Pour in the vegetable broth and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
