Description

A delicious homemade version of the classic Burger King Hershey Pie, featuring layers of chocolate pudding and whipped cream in a crunchy chocolate crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Hershey’s chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and milk, whisking until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the chocolate pudding into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into the chocolate pie crust. Drizzle some Hershey’s chocolate syrup on top, then add the remaining pudding mixture on top and smooth it out.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

For best results, chill mixing bowl and beaters before whipping cream. Consider using full-fat ingredients for a creamier texture.
