Description

Burger Blast Bites are the perfect party treat, combining all the flavors of a juicy burger in an easy, bite-sized format. Ideal for gatherings and finger foods.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Slider buns or mini rolls
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, and Dijon mustard. Mix until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Place patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Assemble slider buns with cooked patties, lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
