- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Slider buns or mini rolls
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, and Dijon mustard. Mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Place patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Assemble slider buns with cooked patties, lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
