Ingredients

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 7g instant yeast
- 50g sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 250ml milk
- 75g butter, melted
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and knead until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Punch down the risen dough and shape into buns.
- Place the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.

Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
