- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add the drained white beans.
- Pour in the hot sauce and stir to combine, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a generous spoonful of the buffalo white bean mixture on each tortilla.
- Top with avocado slices, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
Store any leftover filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
