Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas or wraps
- Lettuce or greens for serving
Instructions
- Mash the chickpeas in a bowl with a fork until slightly chunky.
- Mix in buffalo sauce, diced celery, diced red onion, vegan mayo, and salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a surface, and place lettuce or greens on it.
- Spoon the chickpea mixture onto the wrap and roll it up tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for meal prep.

These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
