Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the mixture is thick and cohesive.
- Grease the waffle iron and pour in the mixture to cover the surface without overflowing. Close and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the waffles carefully and serve warm.
Notes
