  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil or non-stick spray for waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the mixture is thick and cohesive.
  3. Grease the waffle iron and pour in the mixture to cover the surface without overflowing. Close and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the waffles carefully and serve warm.

Notes
