- 6 cups of cubed bread
- 2 cups of chopped broccoli
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the cubed bread in a greased baking dish. Add sautéed broccoli and half of the cheddar cheese, then layer the remaining bread cubes and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered bread and broccoli, ensuring even coverage.
- Let sit for about 15-20 minutes to soak.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the egg is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
