Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt some butter until it sizzles. Cook the soaked brioche slices for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Use stale brioche for better texture. Can substitute milk with non-dairy alternatives.
