- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over it.
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned, then add the diced bell peppers and onions, cooking until soft.
- Evenly distribute the sausage and vegetable mixture over the cheese on the pizza dough.
- Crack the eggs gently onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly.
- Season the pizza with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let the pizza cool completely before storing. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
