- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh blueberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
