Description

Fluffy, buttery blondies packed with sweet blueberries and creamy white chocolate, perfect for any dessert table or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh blueberries until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
