Ingredients

- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped nuts for topping
Instructions
- In a mason jar or an airtight container, mix together the rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Layer in the blueberries or fold them into the mixture.
- Seal the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir the mixture and top with additional blueberries or chopped nuts.
Notes
Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the best texture; quick oats may become mushy. For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt and almond or oat milk.
