  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Spread cottage cheese (or cream cheese) evenly on one side of one tortilla.
  3. Top the cheese with fresh blueberries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top to create a sandwich.
  5. Cook the quesadilla in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
