- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup blackberry jam
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread blackberry jam evenly over the pastry.
- Place slices of brie cheese on top of the jam.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the swirls with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
