Description

A delightful twist on a classic dessert combining the crunch of Rice Krispies with the irresistible flavor of Biscoff spread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 oz marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in the Biscoff spread until melted and combined with the butter.
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir consistently until completely melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
