A delightful twist on a classic dessert combining the crunch of Rice Krispies with the irresistible flavor of Biscoff spread.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 10 oz marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the Biscoff spread until melted and combined with the butter.
- Add the marshmallows and stir consistently until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
