- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined; knead for about 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C); punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread Biscoff cookie butter over the dough and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create icing; drizzle over slightly cooled rolls.
Notes
These rolls are best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
