- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Refrigerated biscuit dough
- Cubes of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Roll out the biscuit dough into flat rounds and place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube of cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal tightly. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Drizzle with thousand island dressing and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles before serving.
Notes
Make sure the dough is sealed tightly. Experiment with different cheeses and make ahead by freezing uncooked bombs.
