Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pre-made pie crust or biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chicken broth, low-fat milk, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until thickened.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables to the saucepan, stirring well to coat.
