Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie slightly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
