Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.

- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly. Pour batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side, for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing. Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before cooking for lighter pancakes.
