- 4 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tomato mixture, followed by half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the remaining tomato mixture on top, followed by the remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
