Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced beef to the pan, stirring constantly until the beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
- Push the beef to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until just set, then mix with the beef.
- Add the cooked rice and mixed vegetables to the pan, pouring soy sauce and oyster sauce over the mixture. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the sliced green onions and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best results. Customize vegetables based on what’s available.
